Who are we? We are aidbsolutions s.r.o., a company
registered in the Czech Republic, Company ID: 194 58 657, seated at Žalanského
346/60, Řepy, 163 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register
maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file No. C 386950 (“we”).
We focus on developing and providing 'DB Booster' software application that
optimizes Oracle database performance using AI tools (the “Application”),
we also provide other IT Services such as training. Besides, we operate the
website <dbbooster.com> (the "Website"), through
which you can contact us.
Privacy Policy. We
carefully safeguard and protect your personal data. To inform you about how we process
your personal data, we have prepared these data processing guidelines ("Privacy
Policy"), with us
acting as the data controller and you as our client, user of our Application or
visitor of our Website (“you”). Please, read this Privacy Policy
carefully as you will find out which personal data we process, how we obtain
them, why do we process them and for long we will do so.

California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") among others. We
implement safeguards like standard contractual clauses, data protection
agreements, and binding corporate rules to ensure your personal data is
protected, maintaining the same level of security required under the GDPR,
regardless of location.
Do we really need your personal data? We
always make every effort to limit the processing of your personal data to the
minimum required. However, in certain cases, processing is necessary, for
example, when responding to your inquiries or when providing you access to our
Application that requires personal data. Without this information, we are
unable to communicate or fulfill the contract.

assure you that we do not process personal data through automated
decision-making that could lead to legal consequences or significantly affect individuals

personal data outside the EU or USA. If we decide to transfer it outside the EU

that our processor in the USA copes with the highest EU standards for data
